Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation we refer to our cancellation conditions:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: cancellation free of charge.
- From 2 to 1 month before arrival: the reservation deposit will be frozen for a stay of the same duration within the next 12 months.
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival: the reservation deposit (40% of the booking value) will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 60% of the booking value. Payment has to be made by credit card debit or bank transfer.
- From 7 to 0 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking value. Payment has to be made by credit card charge or bank transfer
In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure, we reserve the right for whichever reason to bill the guest for the booked room from the date of arrival until the date of departure, booked and confirmed with deposit.

We have strengthened our hygiene standards to offer you a safer holiday
- Compartmentalised room cleaning. New cleaning tools are used for each room (new cleaning rags and fresh water for cleaning).
- Thorough disinfection of all rooms before guests' arrival. Professional virus cleaners are used for disinfection.
- All hotel linen, bathrobes, tablecloths etc. are cleaned and disinfected by a highly professional external laundry
- Thorough airing of the rooms during daily cleaning
- Professional antibacterial and antiviral detergents are used for cleaning.
Cleaning and disinfection of general areas
- Regular disinfection of so-called "critical points" with professional detergents: door handles, window sills, lift call buttons, etc.
- Common areas are disinfected with ozone at night
- Regular manual ventilation with fresh air in common areas
- Use of professional antibacterial and antiviral detergents
- Supply of columns/distributors with hand disinfectants at various points in the hotel
- The hotel entrance has an automatic door opening (at the push of a button or with the use of the room card)
- The common areas are organized in such a way that guests can keep a safe distance from each other, as recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and requested by the Italian government.
Kitchen cleaning and disinfection
- Processing of food and preparation of breakfast dishes according to the strict hygiene guidelines of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Employees use gloves when preparing breakfast
- Use of professional antibacterial and antiviral detergents.
Gastronomy/Breakfast
- If possible, local/regional products are used (km 0 products)
- Room service is offered at breakfast time
- The breakfast room is organized in such a way that guests can keep the distances recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and requested by the Italian government
- Professional antibacterial and antiviral detergents are used for cleaning.
Saunas and relaxation area
- Disinfectants and cleaning cloths and hand disinfectants are available for guests in the rest areas
- The use of the saunas is possible prior reservation.
- Professional antibacterial and antiviral detergents are used for cleaning.
Other
- Guests have at their disposal a fast WiFi Internet line
- In the rooms / suites there is a desk and a chair for smart working. Great opportunity to combine the useful with the enjoyable even on holiday!
- The maximum occupancy of the hotel is based on the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization) and the specifications provided by the Italian government.
- The distance to the nearest hospital is 40 km.
